Please refer to all of the instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract and on the unit itself. It is important that all users follow the rules listed on the contract and the unit. Our inflatables are all safety-rated and exceed industry safety standards. This means that they are built with safety in mind, using the latest in high-security designs and fire retardant materials.
There is never a charge for delivery and set-up within our normal service area of 5 miles or less, unless you have specific delivery time restrictions. Outside this area, there is a surcharge. There is a $50 fee if you have specific delivery time restrictions; i.e. we must deliver at a specific time. We will be contacting you if your delivery window is more than 2 hours before your delivery window given at checkout. (Our system chooses the time you chose and 2 hours after as your delivery window, so we ask you to please choose to hours before your event starts.) The homeowner must be home during your delivery window. If you are not home we will go on to the next delivery due to the fact we make a tight schedule. We may be able to deliver your unit at the end of our daily route. There will be a redelivery fee of $150 to cover fuel, labor and other expenses.
We do not set up tables and chairs unless additional fee has been paid to do so, they are delivered curbside only.

Yes, we do require a deposit. Deposits are typically 25% of your total rental cost, with a minimum charge of $50, but can vary based on amount of equipment rented. A credit card is required for the deposit.
You may cancel your reservation, however, the deposit/down payment amount paid is non-refundable.
* If you cancel within 0-5 days of your reservation, your deposit/amount paid is non-refundable/forfeited.
* If you cancel 6 or more days prior to your reservation, we will apply the deposit/amount paid to a new date within 1 year of your original party date.
* Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for payment in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Cancellations due to weather are determined by Just 4 Jumps the morning of your event before we deliver, please see weather policy.

If there is a 50% chance or more for rain during the time of your event, we reserve the right to cancel your event for a raincheck if you do not have the space or resources to move your rental indoors.
We watch the weather 12-24 hours prior to event to try to accommodate your event as much as possible before we make our final decision to either cancel or proceed.

Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20mph (15 mph for some items including tents).
If the forecast is for high winds, we will call to cancel/reschedule your rental.

All inflatables can be used in a wide range of temperatures. If the temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees, at any time during your event, we will call the morning of your event to cancel/reschedule your delivery.

All of our inflatables and equipment are cleaned and serviced after each rental. We want you to be comfortable in knowing that we are providing your family and guests with fresh and clean rental equipment.
You, the customer, will need to inspect the moonwalk to make sure there are personal items left in the equipment.
We are not responsible for any items left in or on equipment.
Please be respectful to our rental equipment. We expect equipment to be returned in the condition received to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

The set up area is listed under each item individually. The customer is responsible to be sure the equipment will fit in the area provided.
If equipment does not fit, the customer will not receive a refund.
The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on.

We create our delivery routes prior to our events to calculate the most efficient time schedule in order to accommodate our customers and their event times.
We recommend you choose your event time 2 HOURS PRIOR to the event start time. This is your window unless we have to deliver before; in which we will contact you to confirm that change.

Yes, we can typically help you create a custom package depending on your location and rental needs.

MULTI-DAY Discount- The system will automatically calculate a discount on a multi-day rental by choosing the times needed.
We also offer over night rentals. The system will automatically calculate this discounted fee into the equipment pricing as well.

We cannot guarantee that the Moonwalks will not affect your lawn. In most cases, it will only temporarily flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.
Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from Just 4 Jumps are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.
You can be added as an additional insured to our policy for corporate/school/church/non-profit or park events for an additional administration fee.

The inflatable should be within 60ft. of a 110v outlet. We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet/circuit being used.
Some of our larger inflatables might need multiple outlets on separate circuits.
A generator can be added for an additional fee if power is a concern.
We require a generator is added if more than 3 blowers are needed for desired equipment.

You must contact the park/forest preserve, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present.
Many parks/forest preserves require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process.

(Be sure you clearly understand the park insurance requirements and can clearly relay those requirements to our staff or place in notes.)

Indiana’s “Call Before You Dig” law (IC 8-1-26) requires everyone that digs or disturbs the earth to contact Indiana 811 at least two full working days before starting their project. This is a state law that we must obey. Upon placing your order online, you will be asked a series of possibly strange questions that are questions 811 requires of us when registering each ticket. Once a ticket is created, different utility companies will come to the property personally and mark out any underground utilities for us to avoid. If a specific area is not notated on booking order, we will have the entire property within 100' of home marked out for utilities. Please note that these marking will occur 24-48 hours of event and will physically be painted in grass. If one would not like visable markings, this will need to be specifically stated.

This is a FREE service provided to you, that you do NOT have to be home for at the time of utility location. Please unlock any gates that would prevent the locator from completed the job.

Absolutely! The crew works hard spending their weekends setting up and taking down the equipment. If the delivery person does a good job, let he/she know you appreciate their efforts.
